After-School
Clubs
Beattie Elementary will offer after-school clubs led by teachers or community partners and organized by Beattie Parent/Teacher Organization. Clubs run for six sessions, start immediately after school and end at 4 p.m. Clubs will cost $20 per student.

View communications from Beattie PTO and/or Beattie Elementary for Q2, Q3, and Q4 clubs and sign-up.
How do I sign my student up?
Look for sign-up flyers, emails and communications from Beattie PTO and/or Beattie Elementary for details. Beattie PTO typically offers five to seven clubs to students in Q2, Q3, and Q4. Communication with the sign-up link is sent via flyer, email and Facebook.
How does the lottery work?
Beattie PTO uses a random number generator to assign students to club openings based on their interests. This method ensures equity for all of Beattie's students interested in participating in clubs.
Payment
If your student secures a spot based on the lottery system:
-
You will be contacted to provide payment via cash or check made out to Beattie PTO. Please do not send payment before you are notified your student received a club spot.
-
Payment deadline will be communicated quarterly with sign-ups.
-
Payments should be dropped off at the Beattie Administration Office.
-
Send scholarship requests to the school principal.
When is student pick-up?
Students should be picked up promptly at 4 p.m. by Door 1 by the flagpole, unless they go to Family Services.
Do you provide transportation?
We are not able to provide transportation, so if your student rides a bus or daycare van, please arrange transportation. Students who attend Family Service will return there after club.
How many clubs may a student be in?
Due to high demand, students may only be in one club per quarter.
Are there refunds?
Absences and cancellations due to school closure/weather or illness will not be refunded.
What if a club doesn't fill up?
Beattie PTO reserves the right to reschedule a club for another quarter if a club quota isn’t met.
Can my student pack a snack?
Children may pack a snack/drink to eat between the end of school and the start of club.
